  • No student will be allowed to enter the hostel during school hours.
  • Hostellers will not be allowed to keep and take medicines / tonics without the knowledge of the Hostel Warden / medical Officer.
  • Electrical gadgets like heaters, kettles, irons or any other such appliances will not be allowed in the hostel.
  • Cupboards must be arranged neatly. Surprise checks will be made by the Hostel warden. Any extra items, other than those specified in the hostel kit will be confiscated.
  • Results of school tests and examinations will be sent to the parents through the Hostel Wardens within 10 days after every exam, along with the wardens’ report on the students’ behaviour, conduct and deportment.
  • Any Hosteller fallin sick, will report to the school clinic. emergency cases will report immediately escorted by the Hostel Warden.
  • Hostel Attendance timing: 8:00 pm 
  • Light off timing: 10:30 pm 
  • All students must report on the given date after any vacation, falling which they will be fined Rs. 500 per day or their admisssion will be cancelled. In case of any emergent reason, the respective Principal will take action accordingly . 
  • Any application for attending marriages, functions or any other eventually during the school term will not be entertained unless it pertains to the parents or siblings.
  • Written permission for the above should be obtained well on time.
  • Visiting HoursParents and local guardians may visit their wards only on weekends of the month and public holidays

  • Summers                               : 04:00 pm to 06:00 pm
  • Winters.                                 : 09:00 am to 10:30 am    &     03:00 pm to 05:00 pm
  • Principal Meeting Hours.   : 10:00 am to 12:00 noon ( Monday to Friday)
  • Visitors and Parents are not allowed to visit the hostel / dorms. Tehy will meet their wards in the visitor’s room. Only those persons will be allowed to become the local guardians who are employed, have their own residences and live in a family environment. Parents are required to leave a telephone number and address with the warden for immediate contact in case of any emergency. If a student returns after any illness, he/she should bring a fitness certificate, get it signed by the Doctor and show it to the warden before rejoining the hostel.
  • Compulsory Study Hours

  • 07:00 pm to 09:00 pm in respective rooms under supervision of wardens/attendants/teachers. On the examination days the study timings can be extended for study in the common hall on their repective floors. However all lights in the rooms must be switchd off at 10:30 pm. All students must maintain slience diring these hours.
  • The hostellers will remain on their respective floors after the night roll call for self study. The study hour supervison will be done on their respective floors by their respective floor wardens.   
  • Meal Timings: Breakfast: 7:00 am to 7:30 am, Brunch: School hours, Lunch: 2:30pm to 3:00 pm, Evening Tea: 5:00pm to 5:30pm, Dinner: 8:00pm to 8:30pm
  • Holidays breakfast timing will be 9:00 am to 9:30 am. No breakfast will be served after 9:30am.
  • Birth Day Celebration: At tea time in the dining hall between 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. 
  • Parents and Local Guardians can contact their wards over the school Telephone no. between 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm daily and also between 9:00 am to 11:00  am on holidays.
  • Students will be punished for scribbling graffiti on the walls, usage of foul language, unruly movement in the corridors or any other form of vandalism. 
  • Serious offences like cheating in examinations, stealing, physical violence or damaging school property will be dealt with severely and could mean suspension, expulsion from the hostel depending on the severity of the offence. 
  • Students will not be allowed to keep mobile phones. A fine of Rs. 2000 will be imposed on defaulters and the mobile phone will be confiscated. If the offence is repeated it will lead to expulsion from the hostel. 
  • Hostel fee must be paid according to the slot given failing which can lead to the expulsion of the child from the hostel i.e., If a child is defaulter of 2 months fee He will be facing the above mentioned norm. 
  • Outings – Any traditional or recreational visit once in a month will be entertained. 

FORMALITIES TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE JOINING THE HOSTEL

Before a student joins the hostel, the following documents/ formalities must be completed on separate forms. 

  •  An authority letter from the parent, indicating two names and addresses (with their photographs and telephone numbers), who would act as the local guardians. Kindly note that only those persons will be allowed to become local guardians who are employed and live in a family environment. These rules will be strictly adhered to by the Hostel Wardens. 
  • A Certificate from the local guardians, accepting responsibility for the hostel student, and permitting the student to stay with him/her during sickness. 
  • Parents contact numbers to be available in school in case of any emergency. 
  • A certificate/application certifying that no mobile telephone/cash/costly belongings are retained by the student.
  • A Health certificate regarding medical history etc. duly checked and signed by the doctor. 
  • The parents/guardians will agree that they will not withdraw the students from school during term of the year, in the event of their child/children being withdrawn during the term of the year due to any unforeseen reasons, two months notice and two months fee will be paid by them.
  • The Principal / Director is fully empowered to expel a student from school and hostel if in his/her opinion the student has failed to follow the discipline of the school and his continued presence is detrimental to the school and/or the student fails to come up to the academic standard of his class and when detention in the same class would make the student too big for his class. 
  • All parents will sign and agreement and a statement of undertaking with the school at the time when their son/ward joins the school. The rules and regulations as included in this document are considered as part of the registration form and are mandatory to follow by parents.

  •  Students are not allowed to keep cash with them. No money is to be given to them and no money should be sent directly to the students. Any unauthorized money found with the students will be confiscated. Borrowing or lending of money and other personal belongings from each other is strictly prohibited.
